Local (Singapore)
Local delivery in Singapore are fulfilled by the following couriers.
- 2-3 Working Days : Singpost
- Free Shipping : Singpost
International
Express International Shipping are fulfilled by DHL Express which are usually 1-7 days max depending on your location.
Standard International Shipping are fulfilled by Speedpost which are handled by your country's postal agency.
VAT / Tax / Custom Duty
All taxes/vat/custom duties are not bore by us hence do check with your local customs regulations.
We will charge a return fee if you do not wish to accept the goods due to high VAT/TAX duties upon arrival of your items.
Returns
All returns subjected to approval and must be done within 7 days upon the receipt of successful delivery once approved. Please write to us at hello@suro.cc
The original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
In addition, there will be a restocking and admin fee of 5% imposed for all online orders.
Items returned must be in original/unused/uninstalled condition.
We have the sole discretion to reject any returns should they be missing any original packaging or are damaged.
Insuring the returned items for their actual value should be considered as we will not issue a refund if the returned item is damaged or lost.
Do allow 3-7 working days for your refund to show up in your credit card bank statement once the refund has been initiated by us upon receiving your returned item.
